Calculations concerning the forecast annual rate of return on the net price of the investment amounting to 7% are for information and advertising purposes only and do not constitute an offer as defined in Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code. Calculations were based on the following assumptions: the number of premises – 130, an average room rent of PLN 275 net per day and the annual occupancy rate of 65% (i.e. 237.25 days), assuming that the list value of all premises will be PLN 60,924,240 and that 50% of annual revenue from renting hotel rooms will be paid to the purchasers.
** Clause:
The amount of minimum annual rent is 5% (five percent) of the net purchase price of the premises, paid pursuant to the provisions of the preliminary agreement. The minimum rent does not include mandatory costs covered by the owner of the premises arising from their ownership right to premises (the property tax, a repair and renovation reserve, the maintenance of shared areas) and the lease agreement (a maintenance reserve, the marketing fee, an insurance policy). The revenue will be taxed in accordance with relevant laws.

We will also take care of marketing, publication of the offer on portals and other forms of promotion. It will be our duty to manage booking and contact with clients.
Distribution of revenues from renting premises with the operator in the proportion 67/33%. paid. Settlements are made every quarter.
The apartments are sold with separate ownership. We purchase civil liability insurance (OC), we do not limit the owner’s stays, we guarantee the security of booking transactions.
